I believe that therapy can make a drastic difference in our lives. I practice Emotion-Focused and Gestalt Therapy and utilize a humanistic, person-centered approach. I rely heavily on empathy, compassion, and respect in my treatment and will focus on you and your experiences. I believe you are the expert on yourself and I am here to help you process and grow.
My priority is to create a safe space for you to be yourself without fear or judgment. Trust, honesty and a willingness to work are important elements in a therapeutic relationship.
